A camera system that is only helpful after something happens isn't security.
It's evidence.
Most commercial camera systems are installed once and never looked at again — until there's an incident and nobody remembers the login. Blue Fox Group designs surveillance systems that are actually monitored, maintained, and integrated with the rest of your security stack.
THE PROBLEM
Here's what a bad camera system actually looks like.
Most businesses don't find out their surveillance system has a problem until they need footage that doesn't exist.
01
01
Nobody remembers how to log in.
The installer left, the login credentials were never documented, and the app hasn't been opened since the day it was set up.
02
02
Footage that isn't actually there.
Storage fills up, drives fail silently, or retention windows are too short — and nobody notices until they need footage from three weeks ago.
03
03
Cameras on a network nobody's watching.
Surveillance systems are a common entry point for attackers when they're installed on a flat network with default credentials and no segmentation.
04
04
It doesn't talk to anything else.
Your cameras, door access, and alarm system are three separate logins from three separate vendors — instead of one integrated view of your building's security.
WHAT WE DELIVER
Cameras that do more than just record.
Camera system design & installation
Site-specific camera placement designed around your actual risk points — entrances, loading docks, cash handling areas, and parking lots — not a generic package.
Cloud video & remote monitoring
View live and recorded footage from any device, anywhere, with role-based access so managers see what they need without exposing footage to everyone on staff.
Access control integration
Badge and keypad access systems are integrated with your camera footage, so every door event has a corresponding video record — one platform, not three.
Video analytics & AI detection
Motion-based alerts, license plate recognition, and people-counting analytics that turn your camera system from passive recording into active notification.
Network design for surveillance
Cameras deployed on a properly segmented network with adequate bandwidth and power — so video quality doesn't degrade and the camera network isn't a security liability.
Maintenance & monitoring plans
Scheduled health checks confirm every camera is recording, every drive has capacity, and firmware is current — so the system works the one day you need it.

BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP.
From structured cabling to ongoing monitoring, every part of your surveillance system is designed to work together.
OUR APPROACH
Surveillance is physical infrastructure and network infrastructure. We do both.
Most camera vendors sell hardware. Blue Fox Group designs the cabling, the network, and the camera system as one project.
1
We walk the site before we design anything.
A physical walkthrough identifies coverage priorities, existing cabling and power constraints, and where network capacity needs to be added before a single camera is mounted.
2
We build the network the cameras run on.
Our structured cabling and network infrastructure teams design the segmented network, power, and bandwidth the camera system needs — so video quality and uptime aren't an afterthought.
3
We keep the system working after install.
Ongoing monitoring plans catch failed drives, offline cameras, and firmware issues before you find out the hard way — during an incident review.
4
Execute — ongoing managed AI service.
Monthly executive briefings. Roadmap maintenance. AI Operations project execution. Continuous shadow-AI discovery and monitoring. Governance posture reports. Compliance documentation. All through a single managed engagement.
"We found out our old system hadn't actually recorded anything in six months. Blue Fox rebuilt it and now we get a health report every month." -Joseph P.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
It depends on your bandwidth, retention requirements, and budget. Cloud storage eliminates on-site hardware failure risk and enables remote access from anywhere. On-site (NVR-based) storage avoids ongoing subscription costs and works well for sites with limited internet bandwidth. We recommend based on your specific site during the assessment — not a default.
n many cases, yes. We evaluate your existing hardware during the site assessment to determine what can be integrated, upgraded, or needs replacement — rather than assuming a full rip-and-replace is required.
Ongoing costs typically include cloud storage subscription fees (if applicable) and an optional maintenance plan covering health monitoring, firmware updates, and support. We provide a clear breakdown of one-time and recurring costs before you commit.
A single-location system typically installs in 1–3 days depending on camera count and existing infrastructure. Multi-location rollouts are scheduled and staged to minimize disruption to daily operations.
