years running IT projects across Arizona
Some IT work isn't a monthly retainer. It's a project with a deadline and no room for mistakes.
An office move, a server refresh, a company acquisition — these aren't things you want your break-fix IT company learning on the job. Blue Fox Group runs IT projects with a defined scope, a real timeline, and 30 years of Arizona projects behind the plan.
WHAT WE DELIVER
Defined-scope IT projects, run by the team that also manages IT day to day.
Office relocations
Cabling, network, wireless, phones, and workstation moves planned and staged so your team is fully operational on day one at the new location.
Server & infrastructure refresh
End-of-life server and hardware replacement projects planned around your business schedule, with data migration and validation before old systems are decommissioned.
Cloud migrations
Structured migration projects — discovery, dependency mapping, phased execution, and post-migration validation — whether the destination is Microsoft 365, Azure, or a hybrid environment.
M&A IT integration
System consolidation, security standardization, and data migration for companies going through an acquisition or merger, scoped around the deal timeline.
Disaster recovery projects
Backup architecture design, recovery testing, and documented recovery playbooks built to your actual recovery time and recovery point objectives.
Compliance remediation projects
Scoped technical remediation work tied to a compliance gap assessment — CMMC, SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS — executed as a defined project with a clear end state.

PLAN IT. PROVE IT.
Every project starts with discovery, follows a documented plan, and ends only when everything has been validated.
OUR APPROACH
Discovery, plan, execution, validation. Every time.
1
We scope the project before we quote it.
Discovery identifies dependencies, risks, and requirements up front, so the quote you receive reflects the actual project — not a placeholder that grows into change orders.
2
We build a plan with a documented rollback.
Every project plan includes a phased execution schedule and a documented way back if a phase doesn't go as expected — no project proceeds on hope.
3
We validate before we call it done.
Post-project validation confirms systems are performing as expected before we close out the engagement — not just that the migration technically completed.
4
Execute — ongoing managed AI service.
Monthly executive briefings. Roadmap maintenance. AI Operations project execution. Continuous shadow-AI discovery and monitoring. Governance posture reports. Compliance documentation. All through a single managed engagement.
This is where Blue Fox Group's structure gives you an advantage most providers can't: the same organization that runs the cabling also designs, deploys, and manages the network running over it.

WHO WE SERVE
Standalone projects or part of an ongoing managed IT engagement.
IT projects — from an office relocation IT plan in Phoenix to a cloud migration project in Scottsdale — can be engaged as a standalone, fixed-scope project regardless of who manages your day-to-day IT, or as part of your ongoing Blue Fox Group managed IT relationship, with your vCIO and TAM already familiar with your environment before the project starts.

Blue Fox Group is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Infrastructure (Azure).

NO SURPRISES. NO GUESSWORK.
We scope before we quote, plan before we execute, and validate before we call the project done.
CLIENT STORY
We had the opportunity to work with Blue Fox on setting up our new office. We have also engaged with them on planning a strategy for moving our company to the cloud. They have been super knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the process. They have been more than patient in working with us and ensuring to give us all of the options to make the best possible solution. I would strongly recommend working with them in this space. This industry is constantly changing and it is very important to work with a company that is always staying ahead of what is next. Blue Fox does just that. -Steve Miksta
FREQUENTLY ASKED
No. IT projects can be engaged as standalone, fixed-scope work regardless of who manages your ongoing IT. If you are already a managed IT client, your vCIO and TAM's existing knowledge of your environment typically makes the project faster and lower-risk.
Most projects are quoted as fixed-bid after a discovery and scoping phase, so you know the cost before work begins. Time and materials pricing is used for projects where scope genuinely can't be defined up front, and we'll tell you clearly which model applies before you commit.
As early as possible — ideally as soon as a lease is signed or a move date is set. Cabling and network work in particular need lead time, and compressed timelines are possible but reduce flexibility and increase risk.
Every project plan includes a documented rollback procedure for each phase, so if an issue arises, there's a predefined path back to a working state while the issue is resolved — not an open-ended outage.

THE PROBLEM
IT projects fail from a lack of a plan, not a lack of effort.
01
01
The move date is set, but the IT plan isn’t ready.
Office relocations get scheduled around the lease, not around whether cabling, network, and phones are ready to go live on move-in day.
02
02
Nobody mapped the dependencies first.
Server and cloud migrations that skip discovery and dependency mapping run into surprise outages when a system nobody accounted for goes down mid-project.
03
03
M&A integration gets bolted on at the end.
IT systems integration is often the last thing planned in an acquisition — leading to duplicate systems, security gaps, and a rushed timeline nobody budgeted for.
04
04
There's no rollback plan if something goes wrong.
Projects executed without a documented rollback plan turn a manageable issue mid-migration into an extended outage with no clear way back.
Microsoft 365 for email and collaboration. A mix of on-premise servers and cloud storage. SaaS apps adopted independently by different departments. An Azure footprint that grew organically without anyone architecting it. We see this pattern across Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Mesa businesses evaluating Azure managed services or a cloud migration for the first time.
