With a better way to communicate and service its clients!
Known for its extensive 130-wheel fire truck exhibit along with its Hall of Hero’s Memorial, the Hall of Flame serves to honor the memory, dedication, and equipment used to fight and prevent the spread of dangerous fires. Standing as the worlds largest fire fighting museum, servicing over 30,000 visitors a year, the Hall of Flame is an Arizona icon.
Maintaining a museum of such significance and historical inventory requires that the museum be able to book appointments, tours, and receive incoming communication with the outside world.
The challenge before the Hall of Flame was the need to update their phone system without having to make a large, out of pocket investment. Several Hall of Flame workers found it difficult to hear callers and reported cracking sounds and extraneous noise on the line.
The Hall of Flame turned to the team at Blue Fox Group to solicit help with obtaining, implementing and setting a new phone system. Blue Fox Group was impressed with the Hall of Flame’s desire to honor fire fighters who demonstrated heroic acts and many who lost their lives in the line of duty. Helping the Hall of Flame was a donation the Blue Fox team was excited to make.
The Blue Fox team provided a Toshiba phone system including the set-up, installation, and testing. They worked alongside the Hall of Flame to ensure the ability to receive better call quality and to provide better service to incoming museum visitors.
Today the Hall of Flame communicates with outside callers using a state-of-the-art phone system and Blue Fox Group gets to share in their ability to provide better service. It’s a win-win for both Arizona organizations.
